Customer Care/Legal Assistant

Specialising in personal injury and conveyancing we have built long term relationships with our clients through vast experience and understanding of the market and industry.

Easthams Solicitors Limited currently employ approximately 45 staff and have traded from the same prime location since 1996. Currently our average length of service is about 10 years reflecting the friendly atmosphere within the office as well as our philosophy of rewarding everyone’s contribution to our success.

Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an eager and hardworking individual to join our New Business Team in Blackpool. The prime role will be handling telephone enquiries from people involved in accidents at work, in the street or as a road user. You will be required to take details of the incident, set up electronic files in our case management system and assess the merits of the case. A confident but empathetic telephone manner is therefore very important, as is the ability to work quickly and accurately.

Job Type / Category

The successful candidate will typically work 37.5 hours/5 days a week. Our role requires the successful candidate to be able to work on a rota covering hours Monday - Friday 8:45 to 7:00 and Saturday 9:00 to 4:00.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

The key skills we are looking for are:

Qualifications:

English and Maths to GCSE Grade 4 (equivalent to C)
