As we continue to invest in our campuses, digital capabilities and sustainable estates, we are seeking an exceptional Executive Director of Infrastructure to provide strategic leadership across Estates, Health & Safety, Sustainability, IT and Digital Services.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of the College's physical and digital environment, ensuring our infrastructure is innovative, efficient, sustainable and fully aligned with our vision for growth, curriculum excellence and an exceptional student experience. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Group, you will lead the development and delivery of a forward-thinking Infrastructure Strategy, providing expert guidance to senior leaders and Governors, whilst driving major capital developments, digital transformation and sustainability initiatives across the College.
Your strategic leadership, commercial awareness and ability to inspire high-performing teams will ensure our estates and digital services continue to support outstanding outcomes for students, staff and the wider community.
Key needs from you and the role;
- Lead the College's Estates, Health & Safety, Sustainability, IT and Digital Services functions
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive Infrastructure Strategy aligned to organisational priorities
- Drive digital innovation and transformation across teaching, learning and business operations
- Lead significant capital development and refurbishment programmes
- Champion sustainability, decarbonisation and environmental targets
- Ensure robust compliance, governance, cybersecurity and risk management frameworks
- Provide strategic advice and assurance to Governors, Committees and senior leaders
- Inspire, lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple disciplines
- Build strong partnerships with external stakeholders, funding bodies and contractors
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership and influencing skills
