About CAS Contract Cleaning
CAS Contract Cleaning delivers high-quality communal cleaning services across multiple housing association and managed property contracts throughout Scotland.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to support our operational teams and help maintain excellent cleaning standards across our sites.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality, enjoys working independently and wants to develop within a growing business.
The successful candidate will take ownership of allocated cleaning runs, support cleaning operatives, complete inspections and help ensure services are delivered safely, consistently and to the required standard.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Ownership
* Take ownership of allocated cleaning runs, ensuring all scheduled works are completed on time and to the required standard.
* Monitor daily performance to ensure teams are working safely, efficiently and effectively.
* Complete regular quality inspections and close checks across communal areas including stairwells, landings, bin stores and external areas.
* Identify potential issues before they become complaints through proactive inspections and communication.
* Support the delivery of service improvements and operational changes.
Quality Control & Reporting
* Complete before and after inspections with photographic evidence where required.
* Record improvement actions, evidence and updates using company systems/apps.
* Ensure remedial actions from inspections and complaints are clearly recorded and completed.
* Assist with complaint investigation, resolution and follow-up actions.
* Complete accurate digital reports, inspection records and daily updates.
Team Support & Development
* Support, coach and encourage cleaning operatives to maintain consistent standards.
* Provide feedback on performance and identify training requirements.
* Assist with new starter training and onboarding.
* Promote company procedures, safe working practices and professional standards.
* Support holiday and sickness cover when required.

Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not essential. We are looking for the right attitude, reliability and willingness to develop.

* Full UK driving licence.
* Ability to travel between multiple sites.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

* Previous commercial cleaning experience.
* Experience supervising teams.
* Experience completing inspections, audits or quality checks.
* Experience within housing, facilities management or communal cleaning environments.
