Job Overview

In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of lively events, serving drinks with a smile, engaging with guests, and ensuring every event runs smoothly. All positions are paid, and you'll play a crucial role in elevating our guests' experience at various events.

Duties

Welcome guests warmly and take drink orders accurately while maintaining a lively and positive attitude
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages following safety and quality standards
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices at all times
Manage cash and card transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
Assist in setting up and breaking down bar stations before and after events
Engage with guests to create a fun, energetic atmosphere that encourages repeat visits

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is a bonus
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of beverages
Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence
Ability to perform basic math for handling transactions accurately
Excellent time management to keep up with fast-paced event schedules
Effective communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
