Precast Concrete Flooring Fitter / Installer – Nuspan Flooring
Location: Tallington, PE9 (factory base) + UK-wide site work

Working with Nuspan’s innovative precast concrete flooring systems, you’ll be part of a skilled installation team delivering high‑quality flooring solutions across the UK. This is a hands-on, outdoor role involving travel and occasional overnight stays (accommodation and food fully covered).
Key Responsibilities
- Precast installation — Install precast concrete slabs on construction sites using mobile cranes and lifting equipment.
- Site preparation — Assist with setting out, levelling, and preparing work areas.
- Team collaboration — Work closely with crane operators, supervisors, and other installers to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Health & safety compliance — Follow all safety procedures, RAMS, and site rules at all times.
- Quality checks — Ensure all slabs are installed accurately and to specification.
- Travel flexibility — Attend sites across the UK, including occasional overnight stays.

Requirements
- Permit to work in the UK
- Valid CSCS Green Labourer Card
- Full UK Driving Licence

- Willing to travel and stay away when required

Pay is dependent on experience, with opportunities to increase as you gain skills and certifications.
