We are seeking a skilled Builder or Self Employed/Sub Contract Builder to join our team with at least 7 years experience. The role involves working on various building projects, predominantly domestic build work, extensions and alterations.
Duties:
Must be able to undertake and/or have knowledge of groundworks, setting out, brickwork, steel installation and drainage. Must have proven experience, be professional, productive and efficient at the skills you can offer.
Skills:
- Proficient in skills required above.
- Experienced in operating power tools safely and effectively
- Skilled in a trade that will work alongside the above.
- Knowledgeable in masonry techniques for building construction
- Familiar with roofing practices and materials would be helpful but not essential
- Able to carry out work by being self motivated
Preferably living in the Surrey/Hants Border area as most projects are within this geographical area. The position offers a van after successful completion of probationary period and a petrol card.
