Job Description

SVP Sales MRC.

WNS is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Vice President of Sales with a specific focus on Manufacturing, Retail, and Consumer Goods industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional results in complex, global business environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:
- Lead the MRC Sales division, setting and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market share in the Manufacturing, Retail, and Consumer Goods sectors.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture C-level client relationships, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Understand client needs and align company solutions to drive value and customer satisfaction.
Industry Expertise:
- Leverage extensive industry knowledge in Manufacturing, Retail, and Consumer Goods to position WNS as a strategic partner and solution provider.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
Global Market Expansion:
- Drive global sales initiatives, exploring and expanding into new markets within the Manufacturing, Retail, and Consumer Goods domains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless global delivery of services.
Team Leadership:
- Provide strong leadership to the MRC Sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Qualifications

Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles, particularly in the Manufacturing, Retail, and Consumer Goods industries.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at the executive level.
Global market expertise with a focus on MRC sectors.

Additional Information

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
