This is a fantastic opportunity to influence strategic direction while remaining hands-on in delivery within an amazing growing business .

About Our Opportunity

we are looking for an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Partner to act as a strategic advisor to our business leaders and managers.

In this role, you will design and deliver a comprehensive L&D plan aligned to our business strategy and People Plan. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation to create impactful development initiatives, maximise digital learning tools, and foster a culture of growth, performance and continuous learning.

What we are looking for

Proven experience in a strategic L&D Partner role across a multi-functional business
Strong experience designing and delivering L&D strategies and programmes
Excellent digital capability and experience working with learning systems and tools
Confidence engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels
A commercial mindset with a strong focus on people and performance
The ability to use data to inform decisions and measure success
A proactive, solution-focused approach with the ability to manage change
Knowledge of relevant legislation and data protection requirements
A curious mindset, keeping up to date with emerging L&D trends
CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards)
