Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing projects, and leading a team to achieve organisational objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the company's market presence and expand our reach within the industry. The ideal applicant will possess strong leadership, analysis skills, and a thorough understanding of B2B marketing practices, with excellent communication abilities in English.

Duties

Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals to enhance brand visibility and market share.
Lead and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and productivity.
Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, print media, and events.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning; utilise insights to refine marketing approaches.
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop B2B marketing initiatives that support lead generation and client retention.
Prepare detailed reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to communicate campaign performance and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, IT systems, and marketing tools to ensure best practices are adopted.
Coordinate with external agencies or vendors as necessary to support campaign execution.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with organisational standards and legal requirements.

Experience

Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally as a Director of Marketing or equivalent leadership position.
Extensive knowledge of B2B marketing, project management, and strategic planning.
Strong analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and other relevant IT tools.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and industry best practices.
Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Effective time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional eager to influence organisational growth through innovative marketing strategies while leading a talented team towards shared success.

Pay: £87,219.85-£123,578.14 per year
