Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our human resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and onboarding top talent across various departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your relationship management skills and HRIS knowledge to support organisational growth. The Recruiter will play a vital part in shaping our workforce by leveraging social media management tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Workday to streamline recruitment processes.

Duties

Lead generation through innovative sourcing strategies, including social media management and utilisation of platforms such as Salesforce, Taleo, and PeopleSoft.
Managing the full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, to onboarding.
Utilising ATS and HRIS systems to maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment metrics.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Managing relationships with external agencies and job boards to optimise candidate pipelines.
Conducting outreach via social media channels to promote employer branding and attract diverse talent pools.
Organising and participating in career fairs, networking events, and campus visits as required.
Collaborating with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and organisational policies.

Skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Proven experience with applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms and social media management tools for talent acquisition purposes.
Knowledge of lead generation techniques specific to human resources recruitment strategies.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
Relationship management skills to foster long-term partnerships with candidates and hiring managers.
Basic understanding of sales principles as they apply to talent acquisition efforts.
Experience in using CRM systems like Salesforce is desirable but not essential. This role is ideal for a motivated individual passionate about human resources and talent acquisition, eager to contribute their skills in a collaborative environment while supporting organisational success through strategic recruitment initiatives.

Pay: £3,000.00-£6,000.00 per month
