Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Digital Print Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating digital printing equipment to produce high-quality print outputs, ensuring precision and efficiency throughout the process. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate digital printing machinery, ensuring accurate calibration and colour matching.
- Prepare materials and substrates for printing, including loading and aligning print media.
- Monitor print jobs during operation, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance on printing equipment, including cleaning and minor repairs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimise downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining safety standards.
- Set Up and Operate Print Finishing machinery.
- Maintain organised workspaces and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital printing or related manufacturing environments preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge relevant to operating and troubleshooting printing machinery.
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality output.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production schedules and priorities.
