Who we’re looking for
You’re someone who:

Has proven experience in leading early years settings which includes under 2 year olds
Holds a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3+ / EYTS / equivalent)
Believes that every child deserves an extraordinary start
Brings energy, ideas and genuine passion to everything you do
Wants more than “just a job” — you want purpose, impact and growth
