The QC Laboratory Manager is responsible for leading the laboratory team to ensure that batch release and stability testing activities are completed within defined timelines and in full compliance with Vantive Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
This role ensures adherence to safety, GDP, and GLP standards, while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence within the laboratory environment.

Drive the implementation of Visual Management and 6S practices within the laboratory

Lead continuous improvement initiatives and VIP projects

Develop and enhance leading performance indicators and drive ongoing improvement

Maintain and update laboratory metrics using tracking tools (e.g., MOST)
Actively participate and lead key quality systems, including:

Laboratory Investigation Reports (LIR): Initiator, Owner, Approver

Change Control: Initiator and Owner
-
Documentation: Owner
-
NCR/CAPA: Initiator and Owner
-
Internal Audits: Lead Auditor
-
GMP / GLP / GDP requirements, Laboratory operations and quality systems.
