Join Our Growing Team

We are an ambitious and customer-focused independent estate agency looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Valuer to join our successful team at Address Sales and Lettings. The Role

As a Sales Valuer, you will play a key role in growing our residential sales business by conducting market appraisals, winning new instructions, and delivering exceptional customer service from the first appointment through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct accurate residential property valuations.
Win new sales instructions and grow market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and lead follow-up.
Provide expert advice on pricing, marketing, and local market trends.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Achieve agreed sales and listing targets.
Maintain accurate records using the agency CRM system (Street).

About You

Previous experience as a Sales Valuer, Lister, or Senior Sales Negotiator within estate agency.
Proven track record of winning instructions and achieving targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of the local property market.
Self-motivated, organised, and commercially driven.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (Fleet car available).
