There is an exciting new opportunity with SmartResponse Media to grow your skill set rapidly in our specialist TV media buying and production agency business as a Media Analyst.

SmartResponse are a fast-growing independent company providing specialist full-service direct response television (DRTV) advertising services to our diverse client base offering end to end TV advert creative production, TV media buying/planning for short and longform TV airtime underpinned by state of the art campaign analysis.

Founded in 2015 our clients include some large ‘Household Name’ brands as well as growing Start-Up companies - we were voted the 45th biggest media agency by billings and the fifth fastest growing agency in the UK by Campaign in March 2026.

We are excited to offer this new job opportunity for an enthusiastic, bright, ambitious individual to work with us and quickly progress in a career in broadcast media and marketing and to join our growing team based in our offices in Old Street, London.

SmartResponse Media Analyst Job Specification/Candidate Requirements

· Graduate/2nd job level opportunity in fast growing TV broadcast marketing business.

· Supporting our Commercial Director and Media Director to provide detailed TV campaign analysis that can be presented to clients.

· Highly competent at using Excel for analytical data purposes.

· Reviewing competitor data using BARB and drawing conclusions and making client recommendations.

· Providing detailed and dynamic DRTV campaign reporting utilising our state of the art bespoke software, SmartView.

· Liaising with Traffic Departments of broadcast media owners to obtain spots schedules and to ensure accurate delivery of TV media airtime.

· An aptitude for creating sophisticated Presentations and a keen eye for detail is important.

· Mathematically able with a problem-solving mentality in a fast moving and dynamic working environment.

· Assisting with all aspects of administration of TV media buying/planning function.

· Hard working, conscientious, good humoured and flexible.

· A degree in Marketing, Mathematics or Economics is desirable.

· Power BI, Google Analytics and Big Query experience would be beneficial

· This is a unique opportunity to learn a broad range of skills in the media industry as well as having variety in day-to-day work.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £26,000.00 plus Profit Related Bonus and additional employee benefits

Pay: £26,000.00-£26,001.00 per year
