- Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve scalability, personalization, learner support, and development speed.
Partner with HRBPs, leaders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to co-create impactful learning experiences.

Turning Learner Insights into Scalable Experiences
- Use design thinking and learner insights to identify pain points and create scalable capability solutions
- Curate and maintain learning pathways across Workday Learning, Career Hub, LinkedIn Learning, and internal learning platforms.
- Contribute to project planning, prioritization, execution, and continuous improvement across multiple initiatives.
Monitor learner engagement, feedback, and adoption insights to improve learning effectiveness and experience quality.
