As we continue to grow, we're looking for ambitious, commercially driven individuals to join our Executive Engagement team.
A fantastic opportunity for a junior sales executive to join our team focused on selling some of the biggest opportunities in golf and motorsport. You will play a pivotal role in building our commercial pipeline.
The Opportunity
This is ultimately a sales role.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage and recruit senior executives from enterprise organisations to attend our exclusive executive programmes.
You'll spend much of your day speaking with C-level executives, senior technology leaders and business decision-makers, introducing them to our invitation-only experiences and securing their attendance.
Working closely with our Commercial, Client Services and Go-to-Market teams, you'll help ensure every programme attracts the highest quality executive audience whilst building long-term relationships that support future commercial opportunities.

Core ResponsibilitiesExecutive Delegate Acquisition
- Recruit high-quality executive audiences for Formula 1, Formula E, Goodwood Festival of Speed and other premium motorsport experiences through outbound activities such as cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, emails, networking, etc…
- Introduce prospective attendees to 1440Sports' executive programmes and clearly communicate the value of attending.
- Build relationships with senior business leaders across a range of industries.
- Manage prospects through the invitation process from initial contact through to confirmed attendance.
- Conduct follow-up activity via telephone, email and LinkedIn.
Executive Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of senior executive prospects.
- Research and identify target organisations aligned with client objectives.
- Generate high-quality lead lists and account plans.
- Take a strategic approach to nurturing relationships over time.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve executive engagement.
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate prospect records within Salesforce.
- Record all outreach, conversations and engagement activity.
- Ensure CRM data is consistently maintained to the highest standard.
- Support reporting on pipeline performance and conversion metrics.
Event Participation
- Attend selected motorsport events and executive programmes.
- Host guests professionally throughout race weekends.
- Build lasting relationships with executives attending our programmes.
- Represent 1440Sports to the highest professional standards.
Commercial Performance
- Achieve monthly and annual KPIs.
- Maintain consistently high outbound activity levels.
- Meet invitation and attendance targets.
- Contribute ideas that improve acquisition performance and executive engagement.
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a target-driven environment and is motivated by building relationships with senior decision-makers.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in outbound B2B sales, business development, lead generation, recruitment or delegate acquisition.
- Confidence making high volumes of outbound cold calls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written communication with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- The confidence to engage with senior executives.
- A resilient and positive attitude.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms would be advantageous but is not essential.
