Full job description

We are looking for a Guest Services Ambassador to join our vibrant team of 18 Rapport Ambassadors, based at our client’s offices near Southwark and London Bridge.

Our client is an American global media, marketing and corporate communications holding company, and you will be at the heart of creating a warm, professional and seamless experience for everyone who walks through the door. From delivering first-class reception services and managing reservations to supporting building operations and events, you will play a key role in bringing our client’s workplace to life.

While you will have a primary base, you will also have the opportunity to rotate across different areas, ensuring variety and scope to develop your skills.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7:30 AM and 6 PM, with flexibility of hours to ensure coverage of high-level events support as required by the business)

Main responsibilities

Deliver an outstanding welcome experience across both ground floor and client floor reception areas, ensuring every guest feels valued.
Handle queries and requests with professionalism and warmth, working closely with colleagues and service partners to find the best solutions.
Support the Call Services team, managing calls efficiently and with a friendly, confident approach.
Produce accurate reports within deadlines, maintaining high standards of organisation and attention to detail.
Adapt with ease to last-minute requests and a dynamic environment, showing resilience and a positive, can-do attitude.
