Assistant Manager – Innoflate Cumbernauld

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours p/w

Renumeration: £14.33 per hour + performance related bonus

About the Role

As the Assistant Manager of Innoflate Cumbernauld, you will support the General Manager and team in running a vibrant, fast-paced and fun inflatable adventure park. You’ll drive exceptional safety standards, deliver memorable customer experiences, and create a positive, energetic culture for your team. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a lively, people-centred environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

Lead all day-to-day park operations, ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness, and visitor satisfaction
Duty Manage and ensure all operational, cleaning, and safety checklists are completed and efforts aligned to achieve site KPIs
Maintain effective staffing levels across all areas of the venue

Café & Parties

Deliver smooth and efficient café service with full adherence to food safety standards
Manage stock levels, cleanliness, and timely service
Oversee successful party and group event delivery

Reception & Guest Experience

Manage booking diaries, monitor capacity, and optimise usage
Ensure all reception staff are fully trained in brand standards
Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly

Health & Safety

Complete daily venue safety checks
Ensure compliance with all fire safety, food safety, and operational regulations
Escalate any issues immediately to the Senior Leadership Team

People & Culture

Recruit, train, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding visitor experiences
Lead monthly team meetings and ongoing development plans
Maintain a positive, fun, and collaborative environment

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ management/duty management experience
An enthusiastic person boasting a sincere passion for developing people
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Eligibility to work in the UK
