Full job description

Job title

We’re looking for a friendly and talented Nail Technician to join our growing team. Whether you’re highly experienced or looking to continue developing your skills, we’d love to hear from passionate individuals who enjoy creating a great experience for clients. We would require at least 2 to 3 years of experience minimum.

The role includes providing a range of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, BIAB, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art, while delivering excellent customer care in a welcoming and professional salon environment.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and intricate nail art designs
Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation in all work areas and tools
Provide personalised consultations to understand clients’ preferences and recommend suitable treatments
Ensure client comfort throughout the service and deliver outstanding customer service
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail design and techniques
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and operational flow
Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and products used
Promote retail products to clients to enhance their experience and support business growth

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Nails Technician,
Proficiency in makeup application is desirable but not essential
basic communication skills in English, with the ability to engage professionally with diverse clients
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner
Organised with attention to detail to ensure flawless results and hygiene standards
Ability to work flexibly within salon hours, including weekends if required
Relevant qualifications or certifications in nail technology.

Pay: £110.00-£150.00 per day
