Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Apprentice to join our dynamic sales team. Duties
- Assist senior sales staff in identifying potential clients and developing new business opportunities
- Support the preparation of sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
- Engage with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to promote products and services
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within target sectors
- Participate in negotiations to secure favourable terms for both clients and the company
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring excellent service and ongoing satisfaction
- Maintain organised records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks using IT systems
- Support the organisation of promotional events or trade shows as required
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Basic IT skills, including familiarity with MS Office Suite and CRM software
- Demonstrable organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and targets
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Experience or interest in B2B sales is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Customer service experience is desirable but not mandatory
- Valid driving licence is preferred for travelling between client sites
