We’re looking for a Learning Technologist to join our friendly and forward-thinking team in the Faculty of Health and Medicine. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the development of engaging, high-quality digital learning across a diverse portfolio of programmes.
In this role, you will:

support colleagues to design and enhance digital learning materials and activities

develop and maintain content within our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)

create multimedia resources such as video and interactive content
-
provide practical advice and troubleshooting support on learning technologies
-
work collaboratively across the University to share good practice
-
You’ll be part of a small, supportive team delivering work with real impact on the student experience.

You will bring:

strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

excellent communication skills, including explaining technical concepts clearly

experience of using digital platforms (e.g. VLEs or similar systems)

The Faculty of Health and Medicine
You will join a collaborative Faculty focused on delivering high-quality teaching and an excellent student experience across disciplines including medicine, health, and biomedical sciences. This role plays a key part in supporting innovative, inclusive, and engaging approaches to learning and teaching, helping our programmes evolve to meet the needs of our students.
