Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory, assisting customers, and ensuring that all parts are accurately maintained and organised. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all parts are properly labelled and stored.
Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct parts for their needs, providing exceptional service at all times.
Communicate effectively with team members and suppliers to facilitate timely ordering and delivery of parts.
Organise the parts department to ensure a clean and efficient workspace
Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain an orderly inventory system
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues alike.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.50-£18.00 per hour
