OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB

Ensuring the maximisation of guest satisfaction through the efficient running of each shift and efficient rooms management.

Requirements for a Receptionist;

Friendly, outgoing and motivated to go the extra mile for guests and colleagues
Excellent personal appearance and hygiene standards
Inspirational leadership skills
Great attention to detail
Knowledge of industry related regulations
To maintain a high standard of internal and external customer care by responding to guest requests and requirements, communicating respectfully with colleagues and other departments
Experience in Hospitality systems such as Micros, Opera and Res-diary preferred but not essential
Track record of delivering results through exceptional service standards
Attention to the smallest detail
A passion for hospitality and great customer service
Friendly, courteous, and helpful, with excellent communication skills
