Event Baristas Wanted for Download Festival (and more!)

Cargo House Coffee is looking for experienced baristas to join us at Download Festival this June, with more festivals and events across the summer also available.

Dates:• June 10th – Arrival/setup dayYou can arrive anytime during the day, just make sure you’re there before accreditation closes. Gives you time to get set up, pitch your tent and settle in before the festival starts.

June 11th–14th – Festival trading days

Pay:You’ll be paid for the hours you work. When you’re off shift and enjoying the festival, that time won’t be paid.

Experience:Ideally looking for people with around 2 years barista experience minimum.If you’ve got around a year experience but are confident working independently, can texture milk properly and understand grinder dial-ins/workflow, still feel free to apply.

Festival work can be very full-on at times, so we’re looking for people who:• Work well in fast-paced environments• Can stay calm under pressure• Are confident dealing with long queues and busy rushes• Don’t mind long days• Are reliable and hardworking• Can handle all weather conditions — hot, cold, rain or mud• Have good customer service and team energy

Driving licence is a bonus but not essential.
