We're looking for a Senior Stylist & Salon Manager to join our team and help shape the future of our well-established, boutique salon. This is a unique opportunity for a talented professional who's passionate about both great hair and great business.

Duties

As Senior Stylist and Salon Manager, you will:
Deliver exceptional hairdressing and client experiences.

For the right candidate, we offer profit sharing and potentially a pathway to future ownership or business takeover.

Lead, motivate, and develop our talented team.
Oversee day-to-day salon operations, scheduling, and client relations.
Drive sales, marketing initiatives, and community engagement.
Maintain our high standards of service, presentation, and professionalism.
About You

You'll be a confident and creative stylist with strong leadership skills and a passion for business. You have:

5+ years' experience as a qualified stylist (with colour, cutting, and styling expertise).
Previous management or senior team experience in a salon setting.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A genuine desire to grow with a business and help it thrive.
A proactive, hands-on approach - you lead by example.
