Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our clients. Your role will also involve mentoring junior staff when applicable.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality hair styling, cutting, and colouring services to clients
Maintain an organised front desk, managing appointments and client inquiries efficiently.
Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication skills.
Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to Salon revenue.
Mentor junior stylists, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.
Assist in the overall management of the Salon, ensuring a clean and professional environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in barbering or hairstyling with relevant qualifications, but not always essential
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
Experience in front desk operations is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills
A passion for mentoring others and helping them grow in their careers.
