Nine Dots Development is building structured digital and AI apprenticeship pathways for UK SMEs.
We design practical programmes that help organisations:

We are launching Level 3 → Level 4 digital pathways and are looking for a technically strong Digital Skills Coach to help deliver and develop it.
This is a pivotal growth role within our expanding digital division.
The Role
You will deliver and support Level 3 and Level 4 digital apprenticeships, including:
- Digital Support Technician (Level 3)
- Data Technician (Level 3)
- Data Analyst (Level 4)
- AI & Automation pathways (Level 4)
Your primary focus is coaching and delivery of technical digital skills in real workplace environments.
You will also contribute to resource development and curriculum enhancement as part of the wider team.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Technical Coaching & Delivery (Core Focus)
- Deliver virtual and in-person workshops
- Teach Microsoft 365 systems, internal IT troubleshooting and digital productivity
- Support data handling, dashboards and reporting fundamentals
- Introduce practical AI and automation use cases
- Coach apprentices through workplace application
- Prepare learners for EPA readiness
2. Learner & Employer Support
- Conduct progress reviews
- Support portfolio evidence building
- Maintain strong employer relationships
- Help learners apply skills to real internal business systems
3. Resource & Curriculum Contribution
- Develop workshop slides and learning materials
- Create practical activities aligned to apprenticeship standards
- Contribute ideas to improve curriculum delivery
- Work within structured Scheme of Work templates provided
You will not be solely responsible for programme architecture — this is supported by our Curriculum Lead.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Strong technical digital capability (M365, internal systems, troubleshooting)
- Experience delivering Digital Support Technician or Data standards
- Understanding of apprenticeship delivery or structured learning
- Experience creating your own workshop materials
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Exposure to AI tools or automation platforms
- Understanding of KSB mapping and EPA preparation
- Curriculum development experience (as a competency, not sole function)

This role focuses on internal business digital systems and technical capability.
