As part of the application process, you will be asked to complete the following;

Upload a CV setting out your career history, with key responsibilities and achievements. Please ensure you have provided reasons for any gaps within the last two years.
Answer the following questions within the application form, providing specific examples that demonstrate and evidence how you meet the essential criteria listed in the person specification for the role. Please limit your response to each question to 500 words maximum.
1. Can you describe a major corporate services or organisational transformation programme you have led in a complex context or regulatory environment, and explain the strategic and operational impact you delivered?
2. Can you provide an example of how you have led multidisciplinary teams and developed senior capability while fostering an inclusive culture of collaboration, challenge and delivery?
3. Can you tell us about a time when you have led on governance, risk or assurance in a high-profile context?

A completed Diversity Questionnaire. Sift stage
You will receive email acknowledgment of your application through the online process.
The panel will then assess your application to select those demonstrating the best fit with the role by considering the evidence you have provided against the essential criteria set out in the Person Specification section. Failure to address any or all of these may affect your application.
At the shortlist meeting, those candidates who demonstrate strongest suitability will be shortlisted and invited to the interview stage.
The panel shortlist meeting will be held w/c 13th July 2026.
Interview stage
If you are shortlisted, you will be asked to take part in a series of assessments which could include psychometric tests and a staff engagement exercise and you will have the opportunity to speak with the vacancy holder and another Executive prior to the final interview to learn more about the role and the organisation. Please note this is not part of the formal assessment process.
You will be asked to attend a panel interview in order to have a more in-depth discussion of your previous experience and professional competence in relation to the criteria set out in the Person Specification noted above and included in the candidate pack and attached role profile.
Interviews will consist of questions in which candidates will be expected to build on the information provided in their CV and application questions. Candidates may be asked to complete an in-tray exercise or prepare a short presentation on a topic to be advised if/when invited to the interview stage. Full details of the assessment process will be made available to shortlisted candidates.
Assessments will be held 20th - 31st July 2026.
Panel interviews will be held 12th and 13th August 2026. Interviews will be face-to-face at our London office at The Cabot in Canary Wharf. We will try and offer as much flexibility as we can, but it may not be possible to offer alternative dates for assessments or interviews.
A reserve list may be held for up to 12 months from which further appointments may be made for the same or similar roles.
