Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Pub Assistant Manager, (wet only) where your passion for hospitality and leadership will shine! In this dynamic role, you’ll oversee daily pub operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests while managing a dedicated team.Combining your supervisory experience, will help create a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps patrons coming back. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills within a thriving hospitality environment.

Duties

Lead and supervise the pub team, including bartenders, fostering a positive and motivated work environment
Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock control, line cleaning and dray delivery every Wednesday morning
Assist in serving customers and delivering excellent hospitality to enhance guest satisfaction
Enforce health and safety regulations across all areas of the pub,
Proven supervising or team management experience within the hospitality industry
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced settingPassion for delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly and energetic approachEmbark on a rewarding journey where leadership qualities can truly make an impact! Pay: £32,000.00 per year
