About The Role

Registered Manager

Yeovil/Dorset | Up to £43,000 per annum

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our established service in Yeovil and Dorset. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who is committed to delivering outstanding care, developing high-performing teams, and driving positive outcomes for the people we support.

About the Role

As Registered Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring it operates safely, effectively and in line with CQC standards.

Working closely with colleagues, families, professionals and stakeholders, you'll create an environment where both the people we support and your team can thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and developing a dedicated team
Promoting a culture of high-quality, person-centred support
Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
Managing recruitment, performance and staff development
Building positive relationships with families, professionals and commissioners
Driving continuous improvement and service excellence
Maintaining high standards of health, safety and safeguarding
Supporting the achievement and maintenance of Good and Outstanding CQC ratings

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a proactive and compassionate leader who shares our values and is passionate about making a difference.

Essential Requirements

Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Previous registration with CQC
At least 3 years' management experience within health and social care
Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism
Strong leadership, communication and people management skills
Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and best practice
Experience of delivering positive service outcomes
Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
Flexible approach to work, including participation in the on-call rota
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance

Desirable

Multi-site management experience
Knowledge of IT and rota management systems
