We are looking for a talented Branch Manager to lead one of our clients' team at a top-tier Recruitment Agency in Peterborough. As a key player in their organisation, you will oversee daily operations and drive business growth. The agency serves a diverse range of clients, from large on-site operations to small and medium-sized enterprises. This is an exciting time to join them, with clear plans for expansion. Job

Responsibilities

: Lead and manage a team of consultants effectively. Oversee and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to ensure targets are met. Implement strategies for candidate attraction and retention. Identify and secure new business opportunities. Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients. Take full accountability for the branch’s P&L. Ensure strict adherence to compliance procedures.

Requirements

Candidate Profile: Proven experience in recruitment with a strong background in the Warehousing, industrials, construction, logistic, office and/or driving sectors. Sales-focused and results-oriented. Well-versed in current recruitment legislation and warehousing compliance standards. Skilled in developing and maintaining internal and external relationships. Demonstrates strong motivation and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

: Educated to A-level standard or equivalent as a minimum.
