Office Junior / Receptionist

Location: Airth, Falkirk
Position: Full-Time (Permanent) Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm Friday 8am-3pm
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

We are a well-established waterproofing company based in Airth and are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and organised Office Junior / Receptionist to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in administration within a busy and friendly office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
Greeting visitors and clients in a professional manner
Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail
Preparing outgoing correspondence and documentation
Filing and maintaining office records
Assisting with general administrative tasks
Ordering office supplies as required
Supporting management and office staff with day-to-day duties

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will:

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be polite, professional, and well-presented
Possess good organisational skills and attention to detail
Be confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Be willing to learn and take on new responsibilities

Previous administration or reception experience would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
