Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, engaging with them through outbound calls and messages to schedule appointments that drive business growth. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help build strong relationships, ensuring a seamless experience for potential customers. Duties

Make outbound calls and send follow-up messages to prospective clients using CRM software to generate interest and schedule appointments
Qualify leads by understanding client needs and presenting appropriate solutions aligned with their goals
Maintain accurate records of all interactions within Salesforce or other CRM platforms, ensuring data integrity and follow-up readiness
Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate appointment schedules and optimize outreach strategies
Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet scheduled an appointment, nurturing relationships over time
Confirm scheduled appointments with clients, providing clear instructions and answering any initial questions
Track performance metrics regularly to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets

Skills

Proven experience in home improvement , telemarketing, or appointment setting with a track record of success
Strong communication skills in English
Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer interactions and data
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage prospects confidently and professionally
Ability to handle objections gracefully while maintaining a positive attitude
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads efficiently
Knowledge of telemarketing best practices and sales techniques to maximize outreach effectiveness
