About the Role

Leyan Software Ltd operates within software services, digital platforms, application support, client solutions, and technology project delivery.

We are seeking a Software Delivery Director to lead software delivery operations, oversee technical project workflows, improve service quality, and support continued business growth. This role is ideal for an experienced technology leader with a background in software delivery, digital services, IT operations, client support, or project management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead software delivery workflows, technical projects, and client service operations
Oversee team performance, project timelines, reporting, and service standards
Coordinate with developers, clients, vendors, technical teams, and senior stakeholders
Monitor project progress, issue resolution, documentation, and service quality
Develop process improvements to strengthen delivery speed, accuracy, and client satisfaction
Support staff development, task planning, training, and performance monitoring
Prepare senior-level reports, project updates, and operational recommendations
Ensure activities follow company procedures, timelines, and service expectations

What We Are Looking For

Experience

Strong experience in software delivery, technology services, IT operations, digital project management, or client service delivery
Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
Experience working with developers, business clients, vendors, or digital service teams is an advantage

Education
