The role
Working from our Dartford branch, the duties of the Telemarketer will be varied:
· Cold Calling: Make proactive outgoing calls to an established list of prospects or cold leads to introduce the company's offerings.
· Pitching & Persuasion: Deliver scripted or tailored sales pitches to explain product features, benefits, and how they meet the customer's needs.
· Lead Generation: Vetting potential buyers and qualifying them to pass along to senior sales representatives.
· Handling Objections: Address customer concerns or hesitations professionally to prevent them from ending the call prematurely.
· Record Keeping: Accurately update customer details and log the outcomes of each call inour database.
· Customer Support: Answer inbound inquiries, process orders, and manage minor customer complaints or billing issues.
· Maximum emphasis on customer satisfaction, professionalism, good communication skills and accuracy of paperwork.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and knowledge within the electrical wholesale industry.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and an engaging, persuasive phone manner.
· Resilience: The ability to handle rejection calmly and stay motivated during repetitive dialling.
· Product Knowledge: A thorough understanding of the features and benefits of the products being sold.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
