Full job description

Overview
Our client seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee a Formwork project in the Belfast area with immediate start available. The project includes foundations and reinforced concrete

Duties

The role requires a hands on approach whilst supervising daily operations, providing guidance and support to team members to optimise performance.
Coordinate with main contractor and client management to communicate project updates, resolve issues, and adjust plans as necessary.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and organisational policies across all projects.

Qualifications

Proven experience in project supervision with emphasis on a hands on approach.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for liaising with stakeholders.
Material planning
Ability to manage Shuttering Carpenters and Steel fixers.

The successful candidate may have further projects on completion.

Pay: £25.00-£29.00 per hour
