Duties
- Host live sessions on TikTok, engaging viewers with authentic and entertaining content
- Develop creative ideas for live broadcasts that resonate with target audiences
- Interact with viewers in real-time, fostering a positive and inclusive community atmosphere
- Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analysing engagement metrics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content strategies with brand objectives
- Monitor trends on TikTok and other social platforms to optimise content relevance and reach
- Assist in organising promotional events or campaigns related to live broadcasts
- Maintain a professional online presence, representing the organisation positively at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in public relations or social media management is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal communication skills and confident on-camera presence
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas
- Familiarity with TikTok platform features and trends
- Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving digital landscapes
- Prior experience in content creation or influencer roles is advantageous
- Must be organised, reliable, and able to commit to scheduled live sessions
