Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that align with brand identity and marketing strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, including branding, web design, and multimedia content, contributing to the overall visual communication of our organisation. The ideal applicant will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print design, alongside proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.

Duties

Develop and implement branding concepts across various platforms to ensure consistency and brand recognition.
Design engaging graphics for digital media, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
Create wireframes and prototypes for web and UI projects using tools such as Figma and InVision.
Produce high-quality visual content, including photography, video editing, and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and other relevant software.
Manage content within content management systems like WordPress, ensuring seamless integration of visual elements.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop presentation materials that effectively communicate ideas and campaigns.
Utilise skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript to support web design projects where necessary.
Prepare layouts for print materials using Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, or Adobe Illustrator.
Maintain an organised workflow by managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Stay updated with emerging trends in digital design and incorporate innovative techniques into projects.

Qualifications

Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as Sketch and Figma.
Experience with web design tools such as WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems.
Skills in video editing and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or similar software.
Knowledge of branding principles and experience creating cohesive visual identities.
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools like InVision or similar platforms.
Strong photography skills are desirable to enhance visual storytelling capabilities.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients and team members.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a creative team environment. Pay: £33,000.00-£33,400.00 per year
