Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Hearing Care Assistant / Ear Wax Removal Specialist to join our team.
The Role
Working across our Wheatley & Wallingford practices, you will play a key role in supporting our audiology services, delivering professional ear wax removal appointments and providing outstanding care to our patients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing microsuction ear wax removal clinics
- Conducting otoscopy and ear health assessments
- Performing hearing screening and tympanometry where required
- Supporting audiologists during clinics
- Providing patient education and aftercare advice
- Maintaining accurate clinical records
- Ensuring equipment and clinical environments meet required standards
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the patient journey
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience carrying out microsuction ear wax removal
- Excellent patient communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Comfortable working independently within established clinical protocols
- Ability to work across multiple clinic locations
- Good IT and administrative skills
Desirable
- Previous experience within audiology, ENT, optical or healthcare settings
- Experience of hearing screening or tympanometry
- Knowledge of hearing healthcare services

Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
