Full job description

Overview
Whitehill/Fairford Leys Surgery are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our reception team who is not only caring and empathetic, but also efficient and conscientious with good IT skills. Someone who enjoys the challenge and a variety of working in a fast paced and pressured healthcare environment.

Greet patients warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.

A background within a Healthcare environment is desirable, however candidates with Reception /customer service experience will be considered.

We welcome interest from different backgrounds and different previous experience as we believe a positive attitude and enthusiasm is of key importance

If you are an enthusiastic individual looking to contribute to a dynamic team while developing your administrative skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

We do have an extended clinic on a Saturday morning from 9am - 12pm . We would expect all staff applying to do the occasional shift when needed.

This would include an unpaid 1 hour lunch break where your working day exceeds 6 hours.
