Full job description

We are looking for an experienced and hard-working Housekeeper to work in our friendly team at The Swan at Lavenham Hotel & Spa.

If high standards, organisation, and a sense of pride in your job is what you’re looking for then this role may be just for you! Join our friendly and professional team of Housekeepers that keeps this historical hotel spick and span and maintained to an impressive standard.

We also service Weavers’ House Spa. This award-winning business provides a haven of tranquillity for both hotel and day guests and is a truly special place to be!

As a Housekeeper you will be required to:

Ensure the highest level of cleaning, tidying and organisation of guest bedrooms and public areas in line with our Hotel Folk standards
Replenish linen, amenities and stationery in each room
Thoroughly clean all floor and surface areas.
Assist in set up of rooms for special events and functions where required.
Be dedicated to the details and provide our guests with our signature "Blow-your-socks-off" hospitality experience!
