Salary: Circa £45,000 depending on skills and experience

Role Description:
As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and process optimisation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, utilising your expertise in data analysis and requirements gathering to shape innovative solutions. Your ability to uncover actionable insights and translate them into meaningful strategies will directly contribute to our organisation’s growth and success.
Core Duties:
- Elicit, analyse and document business, functional, non-functional and data requirements across product and delivery initiatives
- Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers and Testers to translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support product discovery, process mapping, gap analysis and impact assessments to shape fit-for-purpose solutions
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to clarify scope, priorities, risks, dependencies and expected business outcomes
- Ensure requirements remain traceable from business need through design, delivery, testing and implementation
Essential Skills:
- Demonstrable business analysis experience, preferably within product, digital, data, technology or transformation environments
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation and influencing skills across business and technical teams
- Experience producing user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, requirements documents and business cases.
- Good understanding of Agile delivery, product lifecycle, solution design principles and architecture governance
- Relevant BA qualification or certification such as BCS, IIBA/CBAP, Agile BA, Scrum Product Owner, or equivalent practical experience
