We are seeking an Innovation Coordinator to support the coordination and delivery of innovation activity and initiatives across the account.
Reporting to and led by the Analytics & Continuous Improvement Manager, you will play a key role in driving innovation projects, supporting the implementation of new technologies, systems, and ways of working, and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business benefits.
Job Description
We are looking for an organised and analytical individual to manage and develop the ServicePoint Hub (SPH) system, working closely with the ISS Account and Operations Performance function to support its ongoing development.
The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across the account to identify opportunities for innovation, coordinate improvement initiatives, and support the implementation of innovative practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate innovation projects, supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of initiatives across the account.
- Manage and develop the ServicePoint Hub (SPH) system, ensuring it continues to meet operational requirements.
- Work closely with the ISS Account and Operations Performance function to support the ongoing enhancement of SPH.
- Research emerging technologies, industry developments, and market trends to identify innovation opportunities.
- Support the implementation of new technologies, systems, and ways of working that improve operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on innovation objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and reporting to support successful project delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate innovation initiatives, ensuring they deliver measurable business benefits and contribute to continuous improvement.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Experience coordinating projects or innovation initiatives within a business environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in reporting and project management tools, including Power BI, Excel, and Monday.com.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Interest in emerging technologies, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to undertake research and assess the viability of new ideas and technologies.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions.
