As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a confident and highly organised Staffing & Recruitment Coordinator to join our Coventry Head Office team.
About the Role
This is not your average recruitment role.
You’ll be at the centre of a fast-paced operational environment where no two days are the same. One minute you could be coordinating staffing for a large-scale event, the next you’ll be supporting recruitment activity, liaising with clients, or ensuring operational teams have everything they need to deliver successfully.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating and scheduling 300+ staff across multiple sites nationwide
- Managing rotas, shift allocations and timesheets
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment activity from application through to onboarding
- Conducting candidate screening interviews and remote inductions
- Building strong relationships with staff, clients and operational teams
- Communicating staffing updates and event information clearly and efficiently
- Ensuring recruitment KPIs and compliance processes are consistently achieved
- Updating internal systems, spreadsheets and staffing databases
- Supporting operations teams during live events and busy periods
- Assisting with performance management and general HR-related matters
- Identifying improvements and bringing fresh ideas to enhance processes and service delivery
- Working collaboratively across departments to support business needs

Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, HR, events, or workforce coordination
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management ability
- Confidence managing multiple priorities at once
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and support others
- A solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to contribute new ideas

Working Hours
This role is Monday to Friday; however, flexibility is essential to meet the demands of the business, including attend weekend events and act as an admin/welfare team, you will earn time off during the week as Lieu.
The Staffing Department also operates on a rota-based on-call system, which will be discussed further during the interview process.
