Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Team Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our manufacturing and warehouse environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring safety standards are maintained, and facilitating efficient assembly and processing activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in warehouse operations, mechanical knowledge, and hands-on skills with tools to advance their career within a dynamic organisation.
The Role
Supervisor reports directly to the General Manager
Main Duties inc :
- Accountable for maintaining section standards throughout the day:
- Cleanliness throughout aisles
- No more than x3 workable pallets per aisle
- All empty pallets to be removed once worked.
- Ensure all aisle pallets are aligned.
- End of day: clean down section inc Forklift & pull forward stock.
- Always maintain customer safety i.e. Forklifts.
- Ensure you walk your section “bay by bay” on starting your shift to understand the days priorities.
- Responsible for the effective launch & sign off for all Promos per section.
- Liaise with Goods In on a regular basis in terms of your section’s deliveries for the week ahead.
- Accountable for tickets standards (Visual) & price checks (HHT) across your section daily
- Stock management, always ensuring your section is scanned with HHT each morning to highlight lows stocks & gap management across your section & escalate any supply issues to the buying team.
- Ensure weekly gap scanning is completed accurately each Friday.
- Accountable for the end-to-end process in managing short dated / damaged stock across your section.
- Proactively supports till coverage when needed and encourages section operatives to react quickly to till calls. Ensuring Customer service at tills is always maintained.
- Role models minimum Customer Service expectations – “Three Feet Rule”.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
