Job Overview

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverage, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair
Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
Verify guest identification to ensure responsible serving practices
Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while maintaining quality and speed
Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment for everyone
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings, especially as a bartender or server
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests
Basic math skills for handling payments, tips, and inventory counts
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in bartending
Knowledge of standard bar equipment, drink recipes, and serving techniques is preferred
