Regency Living is a family owned business offering a curated collection of luxury bungalow communities, nestled in some of the most desirable locations in the UK.
We are seeking a temporary Hygiene and Facilities Assistant to act as the swimming pool First Responder during swimming pool opening hours and to help maintain on site facilities to the high standards expected of our business and our homeowners.
Duties include but are not limited to:-
- cleaning and sanitizing the pool area, changing rooms, toilets, showers and communal welfare areas.
- carrying out deep cleaning where necessary and in line with usage
- maintaining the sales office, operations office, reception areas and communal spaces ensuring they are clean, tidy and presentable
- proactively identifying where the location falls below high standards and reporting issues
- removing waste paper, litter and other detritus from common areas, reordering and restocking consumables and other hygiene supplies
- reporting areas of deterioration to the Area Manager
- conducting routine inspections of swimming pool areas, enforcing access, behavior rules and reporting to the Area Manager
- conducting basic water and chemical testing (training will be given)
- responding promptly to accidents and incidents as the designated First Responder
Please note that this is a temporary role to cover a period of sickness absence.
