The Lygon Arms is a historic luxury hotel in the heart of Broadway with 86 bedrooms, set within peaceful gardens and offering a warm, relaxed guest experience.

We’re looking for a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to join our close-knit, supportive housekeeping team and work alongside an experienced Head Housekeeper and Deputy Head Housekeeper.

This is a floor-based role, focused on quality, teamwork and setting standards — not admin-heavy.

The role (what it’s really like):

Working side-by-side with the housekeeping team on shift
Checking bedrooms and public areas to agreed standards
Stepping in to clean rooms when required and leading by example
Supporting daily room allocations and team organisation
Helping train and support team members in a calm, practical way
Working closely with Reception and Maintenance around room readiness
Supporting lost property and key control processes
Covering senior team members when needed, with full support

You’ll never be on your own! This role is part of a strong management structure with guidance always available.

About you:

Experience in hotel housekeeping (supervisory or senior room attendant level)
Comfortable being hands-on and visible on the floor
Strong eye for detail and pride in your work
Confident communicating with a small, friendly team
Reliable, practical and team-focused

Luxury hotel experience is welcome but not essential.
