Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Head Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience. Duties

Lead and supervise the entire kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment through effective team management and mentorship
Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation meet brand standards
Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to diverse customer preferences
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all kitchen operations
Coordinate food preparation activities to optimize efficiency during service hours
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimize waste and control costs
Ensure excellent hospitality by overseeing serving procedures and guest interactions when necessary

Experience

Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting with demonstrated leadership skills
Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management
Prior restaurant experience that highlights proficiency in food safety practices and quality control
Strong team management abilities with a focus on motivating staff and fostering collaboration
Knowledge of food production processes, menu development, and serving standards
Familiarity with kitchen equipment, sanitation protocols, and health regulations
Previous experience in hospitality environments that prioritize guest satisfaction and service excellence

Pay: £13.25 per hour
